1. Vehicle Sales & Purchases
All vehicles are subject to availability, and advertised prices and specifications may change without notice. Customers are encouraged to inspect vehicles and confirm their condition, specifications, mileage and history before purchase. Vehicle sales, deposits, trade-ins, payments and delivery are subject to the applicable sales agreement and South African law.
2. Finance, Warranty & Consumer Rights
F&S Auto may assist customers with vehicle finance applications, but approval and finance terms are determined by the relevant financial institution. Vehicles are covered by applicable statutory warranty rights, with additional warranty options where available. Nothing in these terms limits any consumer rights provided by South African law.
3. Privacy, Website Use & Legal Terms
Customer information is handled in accordance with applicable privacy laws, including POPIA. The website must be used lawfully, and F&S Auto is not responsible for third-party websites or services. These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of South Africa and may be updated from time to time.
